Do not place many items in a small space

A good webpage is all about lots of comfortable blank or white spaces and only the items which are necessary. Overstuffing web pages with tons of options and icons is not trendy neither it is useful. We need to have web pages which are
Easy to see in terms of overall content
Easy to navigate – without too many choices for the visitors to click on
Make sure the call to action stands out properly
Do a squinting test: stand back, squint then look at the webpage and see what grabs your attention on it right away. This is how users generally look at any web page and this helps you see how and what to put where on the page.
Be generous with the placement of everything. You should never feel that you are running out of place on a webpage anyways.
